Incident Date: 10/15/2005-Theft by Deception, Personal Property Theft amounting to over $150,000. Scott personal conned an elderly man out of his life savings, convincing the man to invest in one of his businesses, as well as convincing said man to purchase and furnish a home for Scott to live in. When the business (Monte Carlo Casino of Davie, FL) when bad, Scott cleaned out all the contents of the house, including furniture, electronics, art work, wall fixtures and doors, leaving this 82 year old man with no assets. This man is now facing bankruptcy and is being forced to sell his only home at age 82.

   Theft by Deception-Fraud-Toms River, NJ, Case # 08-2412

Incident Dates: 9/12/06, 10/15/06, 12/20/06, 1/1/08-Theft by Deception of over $25,000 of cash and merchandise. Fraud charges ranging from identity theft to credit card fraud.

Current Information: It is believe that Scott Lambe has returned to South Florida (Davie or Pompano Beach area) he is looking for new investors to CON. It is further believe that he is using websites such as Craig's List and Local newspapers such as The Pelican to recruit investors. He is most likely hanging out in local Miami area Casino's (he plays penny slots and blackjack). He uses WWW.BETROSE.COM to place his illegal book making bets, and he will try to start taking bets as soon as he gets settled.

Scams: His current scams include investing in (Adult) Penny Arcades in Florida and the Carolina's,  Adult Porn Websites (he tells people he owns a stake in WWW.VOYR.COM and needs additional capital to complete upgrades) and the buying and selling of jewelry (some stolen).
